A field sales engineer reporting to the Sales and Marketing manager, responsible for all activity in a defined territory, including: direct sales, distributor management and OEM business building.
The role will involve international sales visits, exhibitions, negotiating and closing sales, lead generation and qualification, planning and arranging sales appointments with existing and potential customers, responding to enquiries, reporting and forecasting.

An opportunity for new graduates with a BSc in any science discipline to join our team of Laser Production Engineers, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and testing within our world class laser production facilities.
Responsible for assisting the manufacturing control department through monitoring and all associated administration incorporating liaison with other departments as appropriate.
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Engineer will function as the engineering link between the R&D and production departments. Working on project(s) within the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, the key objectives of the role are to verify design performance, raise any issues/risks, and support the successful transfer of the NPI project into the production environment.
Preparation of optical sub-assemblies: cutting, cleaning and mounting optics and associated parts. Kit picking as requested to maintain Optical kit supply to Labs.
Support the operation of the Laser Quantum QMS and our adherence to the ISO standards. Work with the Quality Manager to ensure the QMS satisfies Laser Quantum’s service level expectations.
