New Laser Quantum Service Pathway
Achieving outstanding customer service is at the heart of the Laser Quantum business, including pre and post-sale sales support. Laser Quantum has recently upgraded its service pathway to ensure improved traceability for the customer. The service now follows a ticketing process where a customer with any query will be given a ticket number which will be their unique query identifier. Once the query has been answered and the customer satisfied, the ticket will be closed. This new service functionality will serve to improve the customer journey and make the service pathway more efficient throughout.
