Laser Quantum exhibits in India

In November, Laser Quantum and its distributor, New Age Instruments, participated in the DAE-BRNS Theme meeting on Ultrafast Science 2017. This exhibition took place in Hyderabad and was a collaboration between ACRHEM, the University of Hyderabad and the Indian Society for Radiation and Photochemical Sciences (ISRAPS). The exhibition was well attended and was a great opportunity for Laser Quantum Sales Manager Andy Wells to meet lots of new and existing customers.

The exhibition’s Ultrafast focus is well suited to Laser Quantum as an organisation, given that  it sells a range of ultrafast products suitable for numerous applications. Here are just a few examples of the ultrafast lasers that Laser Quantum manufacture:

OPCPA: A unique combination of a few-cycle pulse duration with pulse energy in the µJ-regime at a high repetition rate. This amplifier is the ideal source for nonlinear spectroscopy, high harmonic generation and applications in attosecond physics.

HASSP-THZ: A time-domain THz transmission spectrometer with 1 GHz spectral resolution, and spectral coverage in excess of 6 THz. An excellent instrument for ultrafast time domain spectroscopy and ASynchronous Optical Sampling (ASOPS).

venteon series: Based on short-pulse generation and used in applications including: two photon microscopy, CEP stabilisation and pump-probe spectroscopy. A reliable performance with long lifetimes.

taccor series: A range of femtosecond lasers with a repetition rate up to 1 GHz. An excellent product range for applications including; metrology and frequency combs, biomedical imaging and two photon microscopy.
