Our standard warranty for all our products is 24 months from date of despatch or 5,000 hours (whichever is sooner) for all scientific customers. For OEM applications, we may make separate arrangements so please call to discuss this with us. For all warranty cover, conditions relating to operation and handling apply. We offer a wide range of extended warranties at excellent value to provide peace of mind for many years - please call the sales team for details.
In the unlikely event of a product having to be serviced, we require it to be sent back to our UK facility for assessment. Return of a product is covered by a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA); our service department will issue an RMA form outlining instructions and details of the return.
