Laser Quantum has successfully become a world-class laser manufacturer in the photonics industry. As a company, we acknowledged our responsibility to the community, our staff and the environment and take these issues to the heart of our organisation.

Climate change is considered by many to be the single greatest threat to mankind today. For over 15 years, we have manufactured lasers which themselves are used to monitor the effects of pollution and meteological change. Today, these very lasers are designed to comply with the European Directives on RoHS and WEEE to ensure their environmental impact is minimised. Moreover, small measures such as efficiency and material wastage are central to our design philosophy to ensure waste is eliminated in our production processes. When waste is created in a tangible form, we re-use and recycle over 85%.

We have grown a diverse and international workforce at our UK headquarters. Our responsibility to our employees, suppliers and general support services is key to our success and we try where ever possible to listen and support all to create a healthy environment both inside of work and out.
